Growing up I was always interested in sports. I played basketball, rugby and hockey! I Never knew how to properly train and fuel my body. I started working out when I went to college.I’m studying a bachelors in Sport Science and health so naturally I learned how to train and eat right. At the start I was so scared to use the free weights, I remember I used to dodge the weight part of the gym and stick to the seated machines and cardio machines. –
Because I was only using the cardio machines and the seated machines I became really fit but with not alot of muscle. I was determined to build a more athletic muscley body so I sat and I educated myself in proper training and nutrition for working out. I then decided that I wanted to share my knowledge through coaching other women on how to achieve their goals. I studied for 9 months and graduated with an honours in an ITEC level 3 in fitness instruction and personal training. –
I’m not doing hours on hours of cardio, I’m training how I want and eating how I want and I’ve never been more confident in my own skin. I’ve spent the last year helping other women reach their fitness and physique goals because that’s what I love to do 💕
